You’ve been eyeing all of the gorgeous indigo trending around town and online, and it’s time to learn to make some of your own!
In this hands-on workshop with maker and blogger Miranda Anderson, you’ll learn all the basics of preparing, folding, and dying natural fabric to create gorgeous Shibori patterns. You’ll then learn how to prepare and set the dye and walk through the process start to finish. The dye magic will happen while you wait, and you will be able to take home your finished pieces at the end of the workshop!
During the 2 hour class, you will create two gorgeous one-of-a-kind cotton towels. This class is a perfect introduction into working with textile art, and learning alongside local friends! You’ll also have an introduction into the materials, dyes, preparation, and process so that you can experiment more on your own at home!
